Returns of goods

According to the regulations the store is allowed to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. You can return goods purchased in the Online Store without cause by sending a statement within 14 days from the date of Goods (withdrawal). Pattern statement of withdrawal from the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to this Regulation. If you wish to return the goods within that period of time, please feel free to contact us. Every returned product must be returned in their original packaging in which it was delivered to you. Goods should not have traces of use or be damaged, so that you can sell it to another customer. The costs of returned goods shall be borne by the consignor.
